You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, shortly after a submitted order. Fully paid orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours during standard business days between Monday to Friday.
We will attempt to send your goods to the nominated destination via Australia Post or an equivalent reliable postal service at our discretion; however, if goods are unavailable, we will notify you by email with the revised delivery date or offer a full refund. GamerWare endeavours to keep stock details up to date and maintain our warehouse inventory but we cannot always guarantee the availability, as we are dependent on our suppliers.
The estimated delivery time for standard delivery is between 2-6 business days. Next business day delivery is offered via Express Post (only if your area is within the Express Post network) or an expedited courier service. The delivery service is under the terms and conditions of the delivery service provider.
Most of the goods are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney NSW or through our partners across Australia.

Change of mind
Goods may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, based on the following conditions:
- Does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if it has been dropped or accidentally broken.
- Goods must be returned in its original condition. If the product is packaged in a seal, it must be intact.
- The return postage will be covered by the customer. It is encouraged to use the original packaging and register for postage insurance for items of high value.
- Customers may not be entitled for a refund if the goods returned are not in its original condition.
Goods that are defective upon receipt through no fault of the customer must be notified to GamerWare within 30 days. GamerWare will verify the goods condition before offering to cover the return postage for an assessment.
GamerWare or the manufacturer will determine if the goods are deemed to be faulty and if so, we will offer a choice of a full refund, exchange or repair.
